Learn the basics, build your confidence, & start transforming your body with my 6 Week Beginner Gym Program!! 🙌🏽 💡 We train 6 days per week, with 1 rest day. Day 1 : Shoulders + Abs Day 2 : Booty + Hamstrings Day 3 : Back, Biceps + Abs Day 4 : Chest + Triceps Day 5 : Booty, Quads + Abs Day 6 : Full Body Day 7 : Rest ✨ Be sure to WARM UP before each workout. I provide Upper & Lower Body Warm Ups in the subscription portion of my app AND on my YouTube channel for a follow along! 🎥 Nikki Font 📝 Take note of the weight you use each week. Try to increase your weight on the second week of each cycle! (Ex. Week 2, 4, 6) LET’S GET IT 🤝

    Hey friends, it’s nikki!☺️ I’d love for you to get to know a little bit about me.. I’m from Orange County, CA. I played soccer for 17 years of my life, through college, & have a passion for all things fitness/nutrition! In 2020, I started my own Activewear brand, nikkiFONT, to inspire women & help them feel confident in & out of the gym. My ultimate goal in life is to make a new person’s day, everyday. To live for others & help you all become the best versions of yourselves, mentally & physically.     What are the goals of the program?
    To get you familiar with staple movements in the gym. Every 2 weeks, we will be challenging ourselves to step out of our comfort zone & try new machines.
    How to get the best outcome of the program?
    Follow it to a T! Try to stick to the program as efficiently as possible to achieve maximum results.
    How to schedule the program into a week?
    I personally like to start my week on a Monday, taking Sunday off for my rest day. However, feel free to start every week on whatever day you desire! I recommend getting your workouts done first thing in the morning, but if you prefer lifting in the afternoon or evening — that’s works fine as well.
    What do I need to participate in this program?
    Gym membership — apartment gym will work too!
